Bilt Bringing Back Amazon Bonus for October 2025 Rent Day

Bilt has announced its October 2025 Rent Day offer, featuring a popular redemption bonus.

About the Amazon Redemption Bonus from Bilt Rewards:

On October 1st, Bilt Rewards members can earn a bonus of up to 50% when redeeming their Bilt Points via Amazon. Per usual, the size of the actual bonus offered will depend on the member’s Bilt Elite status.

  • Blue (entry level): 20% bonus
  • Silver: 30% bonus
  • Gold: 40% bonus
  • Platinum: 50% bonus

Typically, when redeeming Bilt Points on Amazon, they are valued at 0.7¢ each. This means that, as a result of these bonuses, Blue members will temporarily see points valued at 0.875¢ each, while Platinum elites can redeem them at a value of 1.05%.

As alluded to, this isn’t the first time that Bilt has offered an Amazon redemption bonus to members. However, when a similar promotion was available in December 2024, the bonuses were as high as 100% (versus up to 50% this time).

Also notable is that there is a cap on this bonus. Bilt states that this enhanced redemption rate will apply on up to $5,000 in purchases.

More Bilt Rent Day October 2025 Offers:

Bilt’s gameshow Rent Free is bringing on a familiar face for its October installment. This month, former Saturday Night Live cast member Leslie Jones will play the game and try to win free rent for Bilt members. Players can now submit their picks for a chance to win.

Additionally, Bilt Mastercard cardholders will once again earn double points to celebrate Rent Day. This means that, on October 1st, they’ll earn 6x points on dining, 4x on select travel, and 2x on all other purchases — except for rent. Rent Day double points are maxed at 1,000 bonus points.

My Thoughts:

In the past, I’ve enjoyed these increased Amazon redemption bonuses as they’ve been an easy way to essentially cash out some Bilt Points at a decent value. Sadly, that’s not the case this time around. Personally, unless you were Platinum or just really needed to redeem some points and didn’t have any travel needs, I wouldn’t recommend this month’s “deal.” While the 0.875¢ per point that basic members will get from this offer is better than some Bilt Point redemption options (including the regular Amazon redemption rate, of course), it’s still well below the 1.25¢ per point you could get from the Bilt Travel portal. So, unfortunately, I’m going to have to call this month’s Rent Day a bust.
