Bilt Rewards Reveals Rent Day June 2024 Offers, Dining Boost

Bilt has announced its Rent Day offers for June 2024, including a bonus for its Neighborhood Dining feature.

About the Neighborhood Dining offer and feature:

Recently, Bilt Dining continued its expansion with the introduction of Neighborhood Dining. With this addition, Bilt Members can now earn bonus points at more than 20,000 restaurants across the country — including in cities where Bilt Dining had previously not been available. Now, for Rent Day, members can earn up to 10x points at these locations.

On June 1st, Bilt customers with Blue or Silver status can earn 5x Bilt Points when they use a linked card in their Bilt Wallet at an eligible Neighborhood Dining location. Meanwhile, those with Gold or Platinum status can earn 10x Bilt Points on these purchases. Plus, with the 6x on dining that the Bilt Mastercard earns on Rent Day, this means that top-tier Bilt elites could earn up to 16x while other cardholders could earn up to 11x.

Notably, members will need to activate this Rent Day offer. To do so, head to the Bilt app, select the Bilt for You tab, find the Neighborhood Dining offer under June Rent Day Benefits, and tap to activate the deal.

More from Rent Day June 2024:

In addition to those special dining offers for June, a few Bilt Rent Day staples will return. This includes another round of Bilt’s recently revamped Rent Free game where members have a chance to score free rent. Speaking of games, Bilt Point Quest will also be offered on June 1st, giving users an opportunity to earn bonus points for correctly answering trivia questions.

Of course, Bilt Mastercard customers will also be able to take advantage of double points on Rent Day. This means that they can earn 6x on dining (as mentioned), 4x on select travel, and 2x on all other purchases — except for rent, which continues to earn the regular 1x points.

My thoughts:

In the past, I’ve noted that Bilt Dining had not yet made it anywhere near me in terms of available restaurants. Well, with Neighborhood Dining, that’s no longer the case — although there are some hiccups. First, while I can see a few available locations in my area on the main Neighborhood page, tapping the “More” button then begins showing me results for the nearest city Bilt lists by name, Kansas City. Also, it seems that these Neighborhood locations are many of the same ones that can be found on other platforms such as Dosh or T-Mobile Dining. In fact, when I activated Neighborhood Dining, I got an email from T-Mobile Dining saying that my linked card there had been disenrolled. So, I suppose that means no double dipping.

Setting those issues aside, technically, this is one of the more usable Rent Day offers for me now that I do have at least a few Bilt Dining locations near me (even if I can’t see what all of them are). Yet, I can’t help but feel disappointed with this month’s deal overall. It was only February when the last transfer bonus was rolled out, but somehow that seems like forever ago. So, while I’ll see about scoring myself up 16x this Saturday, here’s hoping that July’s Rent Day deal packs some fireworks.

Ever since I started taking an interest in the FinTech sector, one company whose name I’ve seen pop up over and over again is SoFi.
