Bilt April 2026 Rent Day Transfer Bonus to Feature Wyndham

Bilt is debuting a new travel transfer partner — and offering a transfer bonus for April 2026 Rent Day. Plus, an extra redemption increase will be available.

About the Wyndham Rewards Transfer Bonus

This week, Bilt announced that members can now transfer Bilt Points to Wyndham Rewards. The program is now the 24th Bilt transfer partner overall and the sixth hotel option. And, to celebrate April’s Rent Day, members can earn a bonus on Wyndham Rewards transfers.

The size of this transfer bonus will depend on members’ Bilt status. Here are the tiers:

  • Blue (entry level): 25%
  • Silver: 50%
  • Gold: 75%
  • Platinum: 100%

Members interested in earning a higher bonus can also redeem Bilt Cash to move up a tier. That also means that those with Platinum status have the option to upgrade to a 125% bonus. This month, a temporary status increase will cost $125 Bilt Cash. For comparison, last month’s JAL bonus required $135 in Bilt Cash to purchase an upgrade.

Bilt Points transfer to Wyndham Rewards at a rate of 1:1. So, bonus rates for this promotion will range from 1:1.25 to 1:2.25.

Amazon Redemption Bonus Details:

In addition to the Wyndham Rewards bonus, members can also get more for their points when redeeming on Amazon this Rent Day. Once again, the size of the bonus will depend on Bilt status:

  • Blue (entry level): 20%
  • Silver: 30%
  • Gold: 40%
  • Platinum: 50%

Typically, Bilt Points are valued at 0.7¢ each when used for Amazon purchases. That means that Blue members who take advantage of this offer will see a value of 0.84¢ each, while Platinum members can redeem at a value of 1.05¢ per point.

Note that this offer is valid on up to $5,000 in Amazon purchases.

More on Rent Day for April 2026:

April’s Rent Day will again feature the game show Rent Free. This month’s guest contestant is none other than SNL alum Pete Davidson. Members can play the game ahead of April 1st for a chance to win free rent.

As always, Bilt credit cardholders can also earn double points on all non-housing purchases made on the 1st. That means Bilt Blue cardholders can earn 2x points on all purchases aside from housing payments, Bilt Obsidian customers can earn 6x points on either dining purchases or grocery purchases (depending on which category they’ve selected, 4x on travel purchases, and 2x on all other purchases aside from housing payments, and Bilt Palladium members can earn 4x points on all non-housing payment purchases. Reminder: bonus points are capped at a total of 1,000 per Rent Day.

My Thoughts:

As I expected, it’s already interesting to see how Bilt prices its status upgrades for transfer bonuses. While $10 in Bilt Cash isn’t a huge difference, it does still signal to me that the company values JAL points higher than Wynhdam Rewards (as they probably should). However, although that information might lead some points and miles enthusiasts to seek the absolute best value, I suspect that most users would rather just transfer points to whatever program and brands they like best, regardless of whether it’s the most advantageous.

Anyway, turning to the Amazon component, this isn’t a very good deal unless you’re Platinum — and even then, you’re better off redeeming points for 1.25¢ each via Bilt Travel. But once again, if you don’t have any trips coming up and do have Amazon purchases to make, then perhaps this bonus will come in handy.

2025 SoFi Checking and Savings Review
