Bilt Announces June Rent Day Challenge for Its Birthday

With the first of the month just around the corner, Bilt is once again readying for its Rent Day promotion. This time around, in celebration of the platform’s birthday, it will be hosting a special edition of its Rent Day Challenge, giving customers and cardholders a chance to win major prizes.

This month’s offer:

On June 1st, Bilt will bring back its Rent Day Challenge. While past Challenges have taken on different forms, this installment will utilize a word game where players will be given clues about each answer — with each correct word changing just one letter from the previous response. Those who complete the challenge can select a mystery prize, ranging from a few bonus points to round-trip, first-class international flights.

First, members will have the opportunity to win bonus Rewards points. This includes lower-level prizes like 25 or 50 points and much larger scores, such as 10,000 or 100,000 points. Alternatively, two other prize tiers include 5,000 or 25,000 points but are earmarked exclusively for redemptions from The Bilt Collection.

Additionally, some other large prizes include $100 Lyft credit, one month of paid rent, flights to London for a member and one companion in Virgin Atlantic Upper Class, and flights to Dubai for a member and companion in Emirates business class. Incidentally, those who fail the challenge will still receive 50 points as a consolation prize.

About Bilt Rent Day:

Launched in October 2022, Bilt Rent Day is a monthly promotion meant to bring some fun to a rather mundane and fiscally taxing day. Some past Rent Day offers have included status match challenges, point transfer bonuses, enhanced point redemption deals, and more. Plus, with Bilt’s Point Quest, members can answer a series of trivia questions and earn bonus points for each correct answer.

What’s more, every Rent Day, Bilt Mastercard customers can earn double points on all (non-rent) purchases. This means that they can earn 6x points on dining, 4x points on select travel, and 2x points on everything else except rent on the first of each month.

My thoughts:

On the whole, June may not be the most exciting Rent Day promotion that Bilt has ever put together. Nevertheless, it does present another great opportunity for members to earn bonus points — and perhaps much more. Although it’s far more likely that most customers will earn 25 or 50 bonus points, the chance that they could win something far grander still makes for an exciting event. So, those who use the Bilt platform or have a Bilt Mastercard should be sure to visit the app and try this month’s Challenge on June 1st.

2024 SoFi Checking and Savings Review

Ever since I started taking an interest in the FinTech sector, one company whose name I’ve seen pop up over and over again is SoFi. Lately it seems as though that theme has been sent into overdrive as the company has not only become a household name thanks to its stadium naming rights deal but also because of the company’s continued product expansions. The most interesting development in my mind...
