American Express Celebrating Members Week Through Friday

American Express cardholders who enjoy saving money, dining out, and/or catching concerts will definitely want to see what the card issuer has up its sleeve this week as the company celebrates its customers. From October 10th through October 14th, 2022, Amex is holding its annual Members Week with unique offers, opportunities, and more. Card members with either consumer or small business cards who are in the United States will be able to take advantage of these offerings, ranging from statement credit deals to exclusive concerts.

As part of the celebration, eligible card members can activate special Amex Offers that, in total, could earn them up to $150 in statement credits. These featured offers include Dell ($50 back when spending $100 or more), Under Armour ($25 back when spending $75 or more), Calm ($50 back when spending $69.99), and HBO Max ($50 back when spending $99 or more) among others. Members Week Amex Offers must be activated before October 14th to redeem.

Beyond those deals, American Express will give members access to a streaming concert by rapper Jack Harlow, as well as purchase presale tickets for Ed Sheran’s North American tour and the Coachella music festival.

Elsewhere, Amex is also featuring special offers from its Resy platform. Cardmembers can earn up to $25 in statement credits after spending $75 or more in a single purchase at more than 200 participating locations (the list of locations and terms of the deal can be found on the Resy site). Additionally, the platform will feature exclusive bookings for November 1st at 20 popular restaurants, including L’Artusi in New York, Elephante in Los Angeles, Jaguar Sun in Miami, and more.

In a press release announcing this year’s festivities, American Express’s CMO Elizabeth Rutledge stated, “This Member Week, we’re curating five days of epic experiences and offers across areas our Card Members are passionate about.”

Rutledge added, “We’ve partnered with amazing brands and entertainers to bring Card Members a range of exciting opportunities that showcase why American Express is the ultimate lifestyle companion.”

Even if concert presales and streams don’t appeal to cardholders and none of the participating Resy restaurants are in their area, all American Express cardholders should be sure to check their Amex Offers during Members Week. Although these deals might not be quite as generous as some of those featured during the pandemic, there’s still plenty of opportunity for card members to save money.
