Amazon Previews Next Prime Day Event for June 2026

Amazon is gearing up for another Prime Day event, which will run for four days this month.

About Amazon Prime Day 2026:

This week, Amazon revealed a first look at its summer Prime Day sale. The event will take place from June 23rd (at 12:01 PT) through June 26th. That’s notably earlier than 2025’s Prime Day Event, which ran from July 8th to the 11th.

Prime Day 2026 is set to feature “millions of deals” for Prime members. These offers include up to 40% off TVs, up to 30% off patio furniture and “outdoor entertaining,” 30% off lawn mowers, and more. Early back-to-school items will also be featured, including up to 40% off HP and ASUS laptops as well as up to 40% off Amazon Basics dorm room essentials. Special offers from hundreds of other brands will also be available during the event.

Elsewhere, Amazon has announced some special partnerships that go beyond the site itself. For example, from June 15 through the 26th, Prime members can enjoy a classic large pepperoni or cheese pizza from Little Caesars for the retro price of $5. This offer is redeemable up to five times, but on different days. Also, Amazon is inviting members to see Sony’s Spider-Man: Brand New Day early, with screenings occurring on July 29th (ahead of the film’s July 31st release date).

Amazon Prime memberships currently cost $139 per year or $14.99 per month.

Amazon Prime Day Credit Card Offers:

In celebration of Prime Day, Amazon is also offering special bonuses on both the Amazon Prime Visa and Amazon Prime Store Card. June 11th through July 9th, Prime members who apply and are approved for the Prime Visa can instantly earn a $200 Amazon gift card. Similarly, those approved for the Prime Store Card can earn a $120 gift card. However, the Store Card offer will only be available from June 23rd through the 26th.

With the Prime Visa or Prime Store Card, members can earn 5% back on Amazon and Whole Foods Markets year-round. Plus, during Prime Day, cardholders who select No-Rush Delivery can earn 7% back on eligible purchases. Members can also watch out for Prime Card Bonus offers during the event.

Neither the Amazon Prime Visa nor the Prime Store Card has an annual fee.

My Thoughts:

Even if you’re not an Amazon fan and/or the teased sales don’t appeal to you, we’ve seen several other retailers counterprogram with their own sale event around past Prime Days. Therefore, if there’s something you’ve had your eye on, it may be worth waiting a few more weeks to see if you can get a good deal on it.

2025 SoFi Checking and Savings Review

Ever since I started taking an interest in the FinTech sector, one company whose name I’ve seen pop up over and over again is SoFi.
