Walmart+ Week Returning With Specials Deals and Offers

Walmart has announced that Walmart+ Week will return later this month.

About Walmart+ Week 2025:

From April 28th through May 4th, Walmart will celebrate Walmart+ Week. This promotion will feature several special deals and offers exclusively for Walmart+ members.

First, members can enjoy one free Express Delivery upgrade. With this option, shoppers can have their items delivered from their local Walmart store in as little as one hour.

Next, subscribers can save 50¢ per gallon at participating Exxon and Mobile locations during Walmart+ Week. This rate is five times the 10¢ off deal regularly included with a Walmart+ membership.

Walmart is also tapping its partnership with Burger King to bring members up to two free sandwiches per day. This includes one Croissan’wich and one Whopper Jr. daily. To earn this reward, orders must be placed using the BK App or BK.com and members must make a purchase of $1 or more to earn their free item.

One returning offer is the ability for members to upgrade to a complimentary Paramount+ with SHOWTIME plan for six months. While Paramount+ Essentials is included with Walmart+, this upgraded plan typically costs an extra $5.49 per month. On that note, once this six-month offer is up, the plan will automatically renew at the $5.49 rate.

Lastly, the retailer is giving customers two chances to earn bonus Walmart Cash. For one, members can earn $5 Walmart Cash when they make an in-store purchase of $15 or more and use Scan & Go (a feature exclusive to Walmart+ subscribers). Plus, members who take advantage of two or more Walmart+ Week deals will earn an additional $10 Walmart Cash.

Currently, Walmart+ membership costs $98 per year or $12.95 per month. Notably, the American Express Platinum Card includes a monthly credit toward a Walmart+ subscription.

My Thoughts:

As an Amex Platinum card member, I also have a subscription to Walmart+. Thus, I’m really looking forward to some of these deals. In particular, the $5 Walmart Cash offer is easy money in my book — and, when combined with the next deal I’m going to highlight, should also net me the bonus $10. Meanwhile, I actually just upgraded my included Paramount Essentials plan to Paramount+ with SHOWTIME. Luckily, with my current month expiring on May 3rd, it looks like I should be able to let that run out and then utilize the six-month offer just before it expires.

All in all, if you’re a Walmart+ member, it’s definitely worth keeping an eye out for deals from April 28th to May 4th. If you’re not a Walmart+ member, there’s still time to join ahead of Walmart+ Week (although some offers may not be available to those who join within 30 days of the promotion). By the way, for more info on Walmart+ and to see if a subscription could make sense for you, you can check out my full review.
